What is the secret for a perfect Italian homemade strozzapreti pasta? We all know it takes a few and simple ingredients: water, flour and dexterity. But the secret ingredients are something that you can find elsewhere but in Subiaco. First of all, you need an Italian mamma, cheerful, strong, passionate and an expert one. Then, a mattarello ( a rolling pin), to spread the dough and educate naughty kids. Thanks to our Pasta Making workshop, you will feel like home as learning how to make strozzapreti pasta.
And lunch, of course! You will be served not only with the Strozzapreti pasta but also with delicious local products, traditional recipes, and a gorgeous countryside setting for your authentic Italian holiday.
